What This Site Discloses And Why

This site names roughly 21 insurance companies across its claims pages. Every one of those names appears for identification only, so an owner searching for the way a particular carrier handles a recreational vehicle claim lands on a page about that carrier rather than on a generic page about insurance. Naming a company is a description of billing and correspondence experience. It is nothing more than that.

OCRV Center is an independent repair facility. The companies listed here are carriers we routinely bill and correspond with on customer claims. Listing a carrier is a statement of billing experience only. It does not indicate affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, certification, authorization or any preferred shop arrangement, and every company name and mark belongs to its owner. Under California law the vehicle owner selects the repair facility, not the insurer.

Company names, logos and marks belong to their owners and are used descriptively under fair use. No insurance company has reviewed, approved or sponsored anything published here, and no company listed has any arrangement with this shop. If a rights holder objects to how a name is used on a page, the correction route at the bottom of this page reaches a person, and a reasonable objection is acted on rather than argued with.

OCRV Center is independently owned and operated at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. It is not a franchise of a national chain, not a division of an insurer, not part of a manufacturer's dealer network and not a member of any preferred provider program that would route work here in exchange for concessions on the repair plan.

That independence is the reason the estimating department can document a supplement the way the vehicle actually requires. A shop whose volume depends on a network relationship has an incentive to keep files small. A shop without one does not. The trade off is honest too: an independent facility cannot promise the administrative shortcuts a network placement sometimes provides, and files here move because the documentation is complete, not because of a relationship.

Vehicle manufacturer and chassis brand names appear on this site for the same descriptive reason. They tell an owner that a page covers their coach or their van. They do not indicate certification, authorization, sponsorship or a dealer relationship, and none is claimed. California law places the choice of repair facility with the vehicle owner. A range runs from straightforward damage on a common platform at the low end to structural involvement, discontinued parts or a finish blended across an entire side at the high end. The figure that governs a repair is the written authorization produced after that specific vehicle is inspected at the facility. Where teardown reveals something the inspection could not see, a supplement is documented and authorized before the additional work starts.

Insurance billed work may be invoiced at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from the posted retail rates. That is disclosed on the rates page and repeated here so it is never a surprise on an invoice. Ranges are reviewed periodically and a figure that has drifted away from reality is corrected.

Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome. It does not promise a repair duration, a claim result, a settlement amount, a resale value, an insurance approval or a finish that will behave a particular way over a particular number of seasons. Where a page describes how something usually goes, it is describing a pattern observed at this facility, not committing to a result in your case.

Statistics published on this site describe the OCRV Center facility in Yorba Linda and carry that attribution next to the figure. They are operational counts, not industry averages, and they are not presented as a projection of what will happen on any individual job.

Customer feedback published on the site reflects the experience of the individual who wrote it. Individual results vary with the vehicle, the damage, the parts supply and the insurer involved. Visitor data is not sold, rented, licensed or traded, which is the same statement the privacy notice makes and is repeated here because a disclosures page is where people look for it. The revenue model is repairs performed in the building. That is the entire model.

The content on this site is written from the practices of the shop and is reviewed on a rolling basis. It is also long, technical and about a trade where materials, model years and parts availability change, which means errors will occur. The commitment is not that the site is perfect. It is that an error gets fixed once someone points at it.

Corrections are made at the source rather than annotated at the bottom of a page, so the page a visitor reads next week is right rather than being right in a footnote. Where a correction changes something material, such as a rate, a policy or a scope statement, the change is dated. Two further disclosures belong here. First, this site does not use stock photography to stand in for work performed at the facility. Where a layout reserves space for a photograph, it stays reserved until a real photograph of real work exists. A picture of somebody else's shop presented as this one would be a small lie that undermines every larger claim on the site.

Second, the scope statement. This facility performs collision, structural, paint, fiberglass and composite, roof, slide out, awning, interior and vehicle systems work, all of it inside the building. It does not perform engine or transmission overhauls, and it does not run emission testing. Where a vehicle needs one of those, the owner is pointed to a specialist rather than kept in the queue. Saying what a shop does not do is part of describing what it does.
