Using this site
This website is published by OCRV Center, an in-shop collision, paint, fiberglass and systems repair facility at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda, CA 92887. Browsing it, submitting the contact form or downloading anything from it means accepting the conditions set out on this page. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.
The site is offered for personal and business research into vehicle repair. Permitted use covers reading, printing for reference, and sharing a link. Prohibited use covers scraping at a rate that degrades the service for others, attempting to bypass the abuse screening on the contact form, republishing substantial portions of the text as if it were someone else's work, and submitting anything through the form that is false, threatening or intended to trigger a fraudulent claim.
Access may be restricted or withdrawn where any of that occurs, without notice, and the shop may take further steps where conduct crosses into fraud or interference with its systems. Nothing in this paragraph limits a lawful right to quote short passages with attribution.
02
This site is information, not a repair quote
Every page here is written to explain how a class of repair works, what tends to drive its cost, and what a reasonable timeline looks like. None of it is an offer, and none of it prices a specific vehicle. A recreational vehicle is a bonded composite structure, and two units with visually identical damage routinely diverge by a wide margin once a panel comes off and the framing behind it is visible.
Because of that, the site cannot and does not produce a number for your coach, van, fifth wheel or trailer. What produces that number is inspection at the facility, followed by a written authorization that lists the operations, the parts and the labor hours. That written figure is the one that governs. Nothing said on a web page, by phone before inspection or in an email preceding intake displaces it.
Where a supplement becomes necessary after teardown, it is documented and authorized before the work proceeds. That is the mechanism by which the initial figure changes, and it is the only one.
03
Published figures are planning ranges
Labor rates, material formulas, deposit thresholds and job ranges published on this site are posted so an owner can plan a budget instead of guessing. They describe the shape of a number, not its final value. A range is bounded at the low end by simple, accessible damage on a common platform and at the high end by structural involvement, discontinued parts or a finish that has to be blended across an entire side.
Insurance billed work may be invoiced at carrier negotiated labor rates that differ from the posted retail rates. That is normal in this trade and it is disclosed here rather than discovered on an invoice. The scope of the repair does not change according to who pays for it.
Parts pricing moves. Molded caps, moldings and trim for a discontinued model are frequently special order and often non returnable, and their cost is set by the supplier on the day the order is placed. Ranges on this site are reviewed periodically, and a figure that has drifted is corrected rather than defended.
04
Intellectual property
The text, structure, page templates, diagrams, code and layout of this site are the property of OCRV Center or are used under license. Copying substantial portions for republication, whether by hand or by automated extraction, is not permitted. Reasonable quotation with a visible link back is permitted and welcomed.
Vehicle manufacturer names, insurance carrier names and product names that appear on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used descriptively, so an owner can find the page relevant to the vehicle they actually have or the claim they are actually filing. Their appearance implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction. The disclosures page states that in more detail.
Feedback sent to the shop about the site, whether a correction, a suggestion or a bug report, may be used to improve the site without any payment becoming due. Sending it is voluntary.
05
Links to other sites
Some pages link outward: to a mapping provider, to a video platform, to a manufacturer's technical documentation, to a state agency, or to a directory where the shop holds a listing. Those destinations are independent and are not controlled from here. Their content, their privacy practices and their availability are their own responsibility.
A link is not an endorsement, and it is not a statement that the destination is accurate. It is a pointer offered because it was useful at the time it was added. Anyone following one should read the terms and the privacy notice on the site they land on, because this document stops at the edge of this domain.
Broken or redirected outbound links are corrected when they are reported. The correction route is the same as everything else on this page.
06
What this site does not represent
The site is published in good faith and maintained actively, and it is still a description of a trade that changes. No assurances of any kind are made about it. Specifically: nothing here promises that the site is error free, that it will be available without interruption, that a described technique fits your particular vehicle, or that a published range will hold on the day you book.
Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome, a specific repair duration or a specific claim result. Insurance outcomes in particular depend on a policy, an adjuster and a set of facts none of which are visible from a web page. Where the site describes how claims usually run, it is describing a pattern the shop has observed, not committing to a result.
Descriptions of the repairs the facility performs are accurate to what happens inside the building. Every repair is completed at the Yorba Linda address. There is no mobile or roadside option, no location in any other city, and the shop does not perform engine or transmission overhauls or emission testing. Where a job needs one of those, the owner is referred to a specialist.
07
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent California law allows, neither the shop nor anyone working for it is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of this website. That includes lost profit, lost time, lost data, missed travel plans and any decision made on the strength of a page rather than on the strength of a written authorization.
Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability connected to this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars. This limitation applies to the website. It does not touch the shop's responsibility for repair work actually performed under a signed authorization, which is governed by that authorization and by California law, and it does not attempt to limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
Anyone relying on this site for a decision with financial consequence should confirm the specifics with the shop first. That is a single phone call and it removes the whole class of problem this section describes.
08
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, California, and both parties consent to venue there.
Nothing in this section removes a consumer's right to bring a complaint before a California regulatory body, or to pursue a claim in small claims court where that court has jurisdiction. Those routes remain open regardless of what is written here.
If a dispute does arise, the practical first step is a direct conversation with the shop. Most issues that reach this stage are records issues rather than legal ones, and records issues get resolved faster by phone than by filing.
09
Severability, waiver and changes
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remainder continues in force with full effect. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. These terms, together with the privacy notice and the disclosures page, form the complete agreement covering use of this website.
The terms may be revised. When they are, the effective date and last updated line at the top of this page moves, and the revision applies from that date forward. Continuing to use the site after a revision means accepting the revised version. Prior versions are available on request.
Repair work itself is never governed by this page. It is governed by the written authorization signed at the facility, which describes the specific operations agreed for a specific vehicle.
