Same Bay, Very Different Paperwork

OCRV Center works with 23 distinct types of customer across four groups: private owners, commercial fleets, vehicle based businesses and public agencies. The repair itself may be identical. The estimate, the approval path and the documentation are not, and that is where most of the friction lives.

01

Private Owners

Individuals and families who own the vehicle personally. The claim runs through a personal lines policy, the deductible comes out of pocket, and the finish matters because the owner looks at it every weekend.

02

Commercial And Fleet

Businesses that own vehicles as revenue equipment. A unit in a repair bay is a unit not earning, so scheduling, documentation and predictable communication carry as much weight as the repair itself.

03

Vehicle Based Businesses

Operators whose vehicle is the premises. When the body is damaged the business stops, and the repair plan has to account for equipment, upfit, branding and the permits that depend on all three.

04

Public Agencies

Cities, counties, districts and public safety agencies buying under procurement rules. Purchase orders, risk pools, grant conditions and inspection requirements shape the paperwork as much as the damage shapes the estimate.

Bring it to the shop from Lake Forest

Collision, paint, fiberglass, roof, slide and systems work, all performed at the Yorba Linda facility. Tell us the vehicle and what happened and we will schedule intake.
