Serving Lake Forest From The Yorba Linda Shop

OCRV Center serves Lake Forest from its facility at 23281 La Palma Ave in Yorba Linda, roughly 19 miles north, commonly 25 to 35 minutes by road. The shop is not located in Lake Forest; it serves that market, and every repair is performed at the Yorba Linda facility.

Getting here

Most Lake Forest customers run the 241 north to the 91, or the 5 to the 55 and across.

The freeways that matter are the 91, the 241, the 133, the 5, the 55. From central Lake Forest the 241 toll road north is usually the least eventful option in a large vehicle, because it avoids the merge sequence where the 5 and the 55 meet. If you are coming from the Foothill Ranch side, the 241 is close enough to be the obvious pick.

Plan for the vehicle to make the trip once. An evaluation that ends with a written plan, a parts order and a scheduled intake date is worth more than a quick look that sends you home to wait for a phone call. That is the reason the systems evaluation carries a fee and the reason that fee is credited back when the work is authorized.

Who comes here

Lake Forest is the market this site is built around, and the surrounding communities feed the same shop.

  • Lake Forest
  • Orange County
  • Mission Viejo
  • Irvine
  • Rancho Santa Margarita
  • Laguna Hills
  • Foothill Ranch

These are areas served, not locations. There is one facility and it is in Yorba Linda.

Drop off and pickup

01

Call before you come for systems work

Collision estimates can be walk-in during business hours. Slide, water, electrical and generator work needs a technician and a bay reserved, so those get scheduled rather than queued.

02

Arrival condition gets photographed

Every vehicle is documented on intake before anything is touched. That record protects both sides, and on an insurance job it becomes part of the file the adjuster reviews.

03

Transport is normal for collision work

If the vehicle is not roadworthy, arrange a transport truck to the facility. Call first so a receiving slot is open when it arrives.

04

The balance is due at pickup

No vehicle leaves the property until the invoice is settled. Card payments above $1,000 carry a 3.5 percent surcharge that passes through the merchant fee, so check or transfer avoids it.

Questions about getting here

Is there a location in Lake Forest?
No. There is one facility, and it is at 23281 La Palma Ave, Yorba Linda. Lake Forest is a market the shop serves, not a second address. A body shop capable of taking a forty foot coach needs bay height, frame rack capacity and a full length paint booth, and that is a single large building rather than a network of small ones.
What is the drive actually like?
Most Lake Forest customers run the 241 north to the 91, or the 5 to the 55 and across. Outside commute hours it is a straightforward run. Plan the trip for mid morning if you can, because a coach in stop and go traffic on the 5 is nobody's idea of a good time, and the shop is easier to pull into when the yard is not receiving.
What if the vehicle cannot be driven?
Arrange transport to the Yorba Linda facility. A large share of collision work arrives on a truck rather than under its own power, and that is completely normal. The shop receives it, photographs its arrival condition and starts the assessment from there. Call before the transport is scheduled so a receiving slot is open.
Which other areas come here?
Beyond Lake Forest, the regular catchment includes Orange County, Mission Viejo, Irvine, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Hills and the rest of Orange County. Owners also come from Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego counties for structural and cap work, because the facility requirements narrow the options considerably once a vehicle passes about thirty feet.
