Records Instead Of A Slideshow

This site does not publish a stock photo gallery. It publishes written repair records instead: the damage, the scope, the labour hours and the day by day timeline for real jobs. Photography of the current facility and current work is being shot, and it will appear here when it exists rather than being borrowed from somewhere else.

What gets photographed on your job

Every vehicle is photographed on arrival, at teardown, at each stage where the scope changes, and at completion. That sequence is not for marketing. It is what a carrier needs when a supplement is submitted, and it is what protects you if anyone later disputes what condition the vehicle arrived in.

01

Arrival, before anything is touched

Walk around with the odometer, the plate and any pre existing damage in frame. This is the baseline the whole file is measured against.

02

Teardown, once the panel is off

The framing, the substrate and any water intrusion behind the skin. On a laminated sidewall this is usually the first honest look at the real scope, and it is the single most useful set of images in any supplement.

03

Each scope change

If something is found that was not in the written estimate, it is photographed before it is repaired. Nothing gets billed on this site that was not documented first.

04

Colour and finish checks

Spray out cards against the existing panel under shop light and daylight, so a match decision is recorded rather than remembered.

05

Completion

The same angles as the arrival set, so the two can be laid side by side. This is the set most owners actually want a copy of.

How to get your images

Ask. The photo set for your repair order belongs with your file and the shop will send it, usually as a shared folder link because the full set on a large collision job is too big for email. Call (949) 799-3387 with the repair order number, or use the request form and mention the vehicle.

If your carrier is asking for documentation directly, say so and the shop will send it to the adjuster and copy you, so you can see exactly what was submitted on your behalf.
