RV Systems Service And Scheduled Work
Systems work is diagnostic work. A symptom on a coach almost never sits where the fault does: a refrigerator that will not hold temperature can be a refrigerator, or it can be a transfer switch that is dropping one leg. A slide that hesitates can be a motor, or it can be a seal that has been dragging for two seasons and finally loaded the mechanism past what it will pull.
That is why an evaluation carries a fee and why the fee comes back when the work is authorized. Half an hour with a meter, a manometer and a moisture reader tells you what is actually wrong. A walkaround tells you what is visible, which on these vehicles is a different and much less useful thing.
Scheduled work matters more on an RV than on a car because the failure modes are cumulative. Seals that were never renewed let water into a wall that then rots quietly for three seasons. A battery bank that was never load tested strands you somewhere. The annual service exists to catch the cheap version of a problem before it becomes the expensive one.

Fault isolation and repair across 12-volt and 120-volt circuits, load centers, transfer switches, converters, grounds and branch wiring.
Load testing, bank replacement, cabling, disconnect and isolator repair, charger configuration, and lithium conversion with matched charge profiles.
Roof array design and installation, charge controllers, pure sine inverters, direct current distribution, fusing and shore power integration.
Diagnosis and repair of gasoline, diesel and propane generators, including fuel delivery, control boards, load faults and scheduled service.
Fresh water leak location, pump and fixture service, tank repair and replacement, valve and sensor work, and system sanitation.
Propane and electric water heater repair, forced air furnace diagnosis, gas valve and igniter service, ducting, and hydronic heat systems.
Absorption and compressor refrigerator diagnosis, cooktop and oven service, microwave and laundry repair, and appliance venting correction.
Rooftop unit diagnosis and replacement, capacitor and control faults, thermostat and board work, duct balancing and soft start installation.
Diagnosis and repair of slide room drive systems, controllers, motors, rails and structure, across the four mechanisms in common service.
Fabric, arm, roller, spring and motor repair or replacement on patio awnings, slide toppers and window awnings, including sidewall rail resealing.
Interval based preventive service covering seals, propane, running gear, slides, appliances, generator hours and seasonal storage preparation.
Written in-shop condition assessment with moisture readings, systems function testing, running gear review and a prioritized punch list.
